I was just under mine yesterday and found that there is a plastic panel that has to be removed to access the oil filter. It has 3 bolts in it and then swings down and towards the rear of the car. Just thought I would mention that.

When you slide under the car from the front the panel has " remove bolts(and arrows pointing to the bolts) for oil change" printed on it

I appreciate that info....I'll take a look at it before I plan on changing the oil.

I'm trying to be proactive and joining these forums, buying Mustang mags to read up about their history and to better treat them and basic mechanics.

I'm wondering if there is anything else you could advise me to do. I want to treat my car like my baby, and I'd like to learn more about her.

Thanks in advanced.
I agree with the oil separator because the Coyotes seem to make a good amount of blowby.

Also upgraded rear lower control arms to control the wheel hop (if it has a manual trans)

A Warning! Don't buy anything for your cars or else packages will start showing up every week, your bank account drops and wife or girlfriend thinks you lost it. The orthe side is you will have a great time and have one hellova car.
