Greetings from Huntsville, AL
Just wanted to say hello form Huntsville, AL. I hope to become a new Mustang owner within the next few months! Just waiting on the right car to show up! At the moment I am torn between a 2008 GT/CS and a 2011/2012 GT premium. I have a couple concerns with the older model...Firstly, I need to have a warranty I know most places you can get an extended warranty but I am not sure if it is as good as a factory warranty. Secondly, if I get the 08 am I gonna regret it and miss the HP difference that the newer 5.0 would have? Also, from experienced owner is there a big difference in seat of the pants power between the two?
Sorry for the newbie questions!
TIA

Hey bud, welcome! One of my favorite exes lives in Huntsville, for whatever that's worth
The California Special package is just appearance and suspension, yes? If that's all it gives you, then I definitely think you'd rather have the extra ponies on the 5.0! I haven't driven either of them, so I can't answer the 'seat of your pants' question...

Yeah it is a looks package. I am kinda of leaning towards the older one just because I can get one quite a bit cheaper! It will be a good fun DD with good power! A big upgrade in power from where I am now with my Redline...
