Not New Here, Been Gone For a Long Time
I have been out of the Mustang scene for a while now (5 years I guess) since I sold my Procharged 2004 DSG GT. Been through hell and back since with a divorce, deaths of friends, dating a few money grubbing hoes, and finding the love of my life. Got re-married in 2010 to a chick who has had nothing but Mustangs since her 16th birthday. When she and I met, she had a 2004 GT (stock). We ended up selling it when we bought a boat, but we missed it. Ever since, she (and I) have wanted another Mustang. We tossed around the idea of picking up a used GT500 or Terminator, but decided that the new 5.0 was the best bang for the buck, and platform that she and I can build on together. I am really stoked about this car. No real plans to mod anything right away, but when the warranty is up we may look into throwing some stuff into it. JMSchip is advertising over 600 whp with a Vortech Velocity kit in the manual cars. Not too bad. Anyway, Ford has definitely improved on every aspect of the Mustang. The build quality, power, looks, etc., blow the old ones out of the water. Also, is there anyway I can change my screen name?
