New guy here!
the names Jake, just picked up a '95 GT first ford i've owned. First car I've owned with displacement so its kinda odd for me being naturally more of a Turboed 4 cylinder guy
About me- Age 20, from Connecticut, just moved to texas cause thats where the army told me to go.
about the car- 1995, aqua metallic with the 5.0, currently working on repairing all the damage caused by the previous owner. Oh, and trying to find new rims. the guy had some pretty ghetto looking 18's on it wrapped in chinese rubber.
Oh, and honestly im ASHAMED to say its an automatic.

Thanks. Had a long day of working on her. Had the unpleasant discovery of the previous owner just running straight water my coolant is half rust and water now. Getting it back flushed soon. Finally bugged out the misfire. Inpropper gapping and one plug missing an electrode. fixing the last of the major problems tomorrow and hopefully getting her power restored. And i got her sideways a few times today which makes me quite a happy person.

Welcome to the forums. Gears can always be changed out. Check out www.americanmuscle.com they have a decent selection in parts and pricing isn't bad.
