Hi all,

I have a question regarding a supercharger on Ebay. I want to boost my hp and I know supercharging is the way to go. I found a supercharger for a 2004 cobra that the owner is selling because he recently bought a stronger blower and I was wondering if I bought the supercharger would I have to buy anything else to install the blower on my car. It looks more like the saleen supercharger and not the vortech V2. Any help would be greatly appreciated because to me it looks as if it just sits on top of the intake manifold and is belt driven but I could be wrong.

Any suggestions?

I am sure there will be some modifications you will have to make, consider you will probably need to change the pulley, injectors, etc. Its just not going to bolt-on and go.

I understand the fact that there will be a few things that I am going to have to need to add for example, intercooler and plumbing but I was just concern that for the most part the supercharger and oil feed lines will be mostly intact. Any suggestions of which supercharger is the best?

I wouldn't buy one off eBay unless it was a power seller.

As far as the supercharger itself, it is what it is....you will just need to make sure that you get all the supporting modifications required to run it on your car correctly.
