Yea, it was quite an undertaking. Ended up the frame was bent, so we bought a front clip from a 2006 V6 so cannibalize for it. The local ford dealership did the frame work, and welded it along the factory weld line at factory spec, so you can't even tell that the frame has ever been welded. The rest of the work my dad and I did ourselves.

The front left frame well was bent at the rear of the engine bay, and the front right was bent all the way underneath the passenger seat. Ford replaced both along with the radiator support.
