need help im new and very green at this

I have a 2000 mustang that when you start it it beeps from dash 25 times then again every 45 mins.no lights explaining why,there are no air bags at all because its been wrecked it also makes a tapping sound that comes fom the right front maybe by tire or under the hood it only does it when in motion and its not constant.

I don't know, but I would think it is a airbag issue. Car is probably picking up that there is a issue with the airbag system with them not being there. This is only a guess.
