I'm like you man, except I went from american muscle to Japanese luxury(Lexus) and I traded it in on a 2014 5.0 in less than half a year. So welcome and enjoy that beast!

I, too, was a BMW fanboy. I've owned many BMWs until I bought a used 2000 M5. It was my dream car, but ended up going to the shop constantly for expensive repairs.

Interestingly enough, when I test drove the 5.0, the engine note brought back memories of the V8 in my M5. I would love to own a 5.0 'stang but wouldn't be cost effective at this point, so V6 it is!

(still loving it though)
