After 12 years of imports, I finally got myself a V8.
Hey all,
I come from 12 years of imports, including Honda Civic, Nissan Sentra Spec-V, 240sx, Integra, Vortech Supercharged Infiniti G35, and a Mazdaspeed3.
Untill 2011, I was never attracted to the Mustang (partially due to social stereotypes) but once I saw the 5.0 come out, and I started getting Escapes and Tauruses as rentals, my image of Ford started changing a lot. That being said, I am the 5-day old owner of a 2012 Mustang GT Premium.
I did a LOT of research on the forums about the car, and am techie enough to understand most of the stuff, it's a different world of priorities here on the muscle side of the car industry, but MAN i finally feel like i'm driving a man's car haha
anyway, already ordered Ford Racing K springs, BRM Pan hard bar, and wheels will be coming next week. LMR's powerpack 1 will prob be next purchase, after the tough winter in MN is over.
Car came with acc pkg 5 on it, which i will leave on until i see the car lowered and on wheels.
