Smile Camaro to GT! New Member

New member from the state of Tx.

Im 22 years old and very new to Fords. Ended up selling my Chevy Camaro to buy a 2007 Ford Explorer. I was very impressed by Ford so I decided to try a Mustang.

Im picking up my 2002 GT/5-speed tomorrow =]

Anything I need to look out for before I hand over the cash? They wouldnt let me pick it up yesterday because it had just been traded in and they had to complete their inspection before I could purchase the warranty.

Welcome! What kinda Camaro did you have?
I'm no help on what to look for on an SN95 but I'm sure there's a thread about it on here you can dig up.

Congrats and welcome. Check out the tech section for your car. A lot of good info there for you.

The deal with the 2002 White GT didnt go through. The engine had a ticking sound that increased with the RPMs. The dealership said it didnt pass their inspection so they were withdrawing it from their sales inventory and could not sale it to me.

I ended up buying a 2001 Black GT Mustang with the 5 speed manual transmission.

Thanks. I always wanted an edge Mustang. Im going to run up some miles on the 2v and swap in a 4v. My only issue is I have no lights in my gauges.
