Hey thanks guy. Okay, update for y'all.....
1966 mustang hardtop couple found it on auto trader here in the GTA. (Greater toronto area) he's asking 17,500. Has a 302 v8 from a 1970 something Lincoln Versailles...
The posting says..
We are selling our 1966 Ford Mustang hardtop which is in excellent condition. The car has been restored and upgraded over the last 13 years.
We have owned it since 2005.
The restoration included:
Candy Apple Red exterior paint
New black interior
Rebuilt front and rear suspension
Power front disk brakes, manual steering
American Racing 14" chrome wheels
C-4 Automatic transmission
302 cu. in. V-8 engine
Engine upgrades include:
Holley 600 four barrel carb
K&N chrome air cleaner
Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold
Edelbrock Performance aluminum cylinder heads
Roller rocker arms
Edebrock Performance Street Cam
New timing chain
Chrome oil pan, new fuel pump
Custom exhaust headers with dual exhaust system
Mallory electronic ignition system
New battery and cables
The car is also equipped with a Boomerang anti-theft system (not activated), rear seat fuel shield, headrests (69 Mustang) four way hazard flashers.
The AM radio and all gauges work properly
The car comes with restoration receipts going back to 1998, and a complete 1966 shop manual.
