Will 5 bolt axles fit into a 4 bolt axle housing/differential? 1967

Converting my 1967 straight 6 to a V8. I have a complete rear end from a 1967 V8 and i am wondering if i can save some time and just switch the axles. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, wish I could help you out more, but I'm not familiar with the classics. But like Soldier said above, the guys in the classics section will know. Good luck
