front tire wear

Default front tire wear
Finished rebuilding front end everything's new after market tires and wheels both front tires are worn excessively. Both inside and outside are worn more than the rest. Under hard acceleration I get a howling noise from the front tires. When I slow down it goes away. Alignment shop says it is in spec just a tire and wheels problem. Any suggestions. Please.
