Default Another V6 Stang

Hey everybody. Just bought another Stang, but this time i want to do something different with it. It's a 1999 Mustang V6. I want to know what all kinda upgrades I can put on it. Im talking about what gears to use, LSD, cold air intake, underdrive pulley, bigger throttle body, what kinda turner to use. Im already going with fully dual exhaust with xpipe on it. Plus, Im going to 18 rims, so where can i go to get ECU reprogram to let my transmission know Im running 18 rims?

Head on over to the V6 section, we will be glad to help! As for 18" wheels, no tune needed, as long as you arent sticking some big truck tires on there

Welcome to the forum.

As has been said, head over to the forum for your model year. My $0.02 is a 16 year old Mustang is not worth the time and expense of upgrading. Just save your money and get something newer, this will give you better performance. There's nothing wrong with the car, you just won't get the money back that you put into the upgrades.

By that logic, in the 80's they shouldnt have bothered with all those Hemis, cobra jets, and LS6's

Its easier to justify it when the car is paid off, and the mod money is out of pocket with no debt

+1 ^^^

If YOU like the car, mod it knowing your not going to get your money back, and enjoy it.

Congrats and welcome.
