Default I cannot post in Classified to sell my parts
I apologize but i don't know where else to post this. I have tons of parts left over after my build and i would like to post to the used parts classified.

You need more than just time on the board. I see you joined April 2013 and only have 39 posts. Until you have sufficient posts you won't be able to sell.
