the carb should fit without changing the hood as long as you dont go crazy with the air cleaner. but remember, the pcm controls timing so you cant just plop a carb on and have it run right. unless you are gutting the engine bay and running a highly modified engine,i would stay with efi, and i would also stay with efi even if i was going to modifiy to be honest

hey just recently i moved to Connecticut from Hawaii and when i was driving up to Connecticut picking up my mustang from Baltimore i started to hear a popping or grinding noise coming from my mustang every time i turned i took it in to a shop here in Groton but they said they can find anything. the thing is it only shows up after about 20 min of diving her around i was thinking it was the wheel bearing.

this is not even close to the right spot to post this, please post in the tech section, in an original post. plus there is no way for anybody over a forum to tell you what your sound is without hearing it.
