2006 mustang gt with vortech
I have a 2006 gt with a vortech supercharger, water/ meth injection 3 inch magnaflow exhaust, high tech long tube headers , stage 2 completion clutch , aluminum racing radiator, eibach lowering kit , 20 inch wheels with 285/45/ 20 rear tires . last dyno tune produced 455.7 rwhp, 415 ft lbs of torque, my 60 ft time sucks, 2.89 seconds. need some advice on launching. just bought mickey tompson 26/10/15 slicks on draglite wheels and rear lower control arm relocators, hoping they will help. any input would be greatly appreciated, primarily looking for advice on launch. rpm? tire pressure ? , SOME SAY BOG IT OT OF HOLE, SOME SAY WOT ,any one with similar car that can give me the benefit of your experience would be greatly appreciated, thanks, larry in vermont

Welcome to the forum, you could also start a new thread in the Street/Strip section. That's all we talk about in there. But it's just not as busy in there right now in the winter months, so expect delayed answers. But we'll get you down to 1.7-1.6 's..............maybe lol.

Top speed would be hard to say, but faster than I'd ever want to go.......
As for your 60ft, how long are you heating the tires in the water box? Are they good and hot by the time you leave ? I'm assuming your spinning those slicks to your "not so good" 60ft right now. What are you running for air pressure ?
