Default NEW MODS NEED HELP

Hey guys, hope all it well…..

I am going to buy some new mods for my 2016 Mustang GT (Non Performance Pack), wanted to get some opinions on the mods i am thinking of getting, going to purchase them this week.

1. Cold Air Intake JLT
2. Lund Racking Tune
3. MBRP Race Catback Exhaust w/ H-Pipe (AM part number 389210-a)
4.JLT Oil Separator
5. Ford Racing Assembled Handling pack (AM Part number 384711)
6. Ford IRS Loaded Differential 3.73 Torsen (AM Part 389786 is this worth it? $1,900 for the part)

I just want to make sure I am getting the best bang for my buck, these mods seem like they would help improve my handling / stance / air flow, just wanted to know what you guys think. Any advise would be appreciated.

Thank you

IMO, of all the stuff listed above, you will notice and appreciate most 3,5,6. Sound improvement is always a plus and the handling pack will give a better stance and better feel. Not sure which diff your car came with but if you have a standard transmission, you will feel a lot more responsiveness with the 3:73 gear. If you have the automatic, don't go with the 3:73, 3:55 instead. CAI and tunes don't really deliver enough to notice unless you really want to believe in it as most here do.

My car did come with 3.55, thats why I was thinking of upgrading to the performance pack torsen that has 3.73 gear ratio. My car is automatic so is it not worth getting? I would rather spend that money on tires. I want my car to grip the road like no other, then I'll worry about HP … Any review on the John Lund tune? It does add 20+RWHP so for the money i think it is worth it. Thank you for your help!

The automatics are geared pretty low in the lower gears and a 3:73 may be too low for the combo. The car will shift quickly out of the lower gears putting more stress on the transmission. The best way to describe my point is that if you had a standard transmission with too low of gear, you would be shifting out of first gear by the time you got across the intersection. You would be shifting all the time just to get to a gear you could cruise in. Your cruising RPM would also be 500-800 RPM more reducing your gas mileage even more. The 3:55 is the performance upgrade for the automatic. I wish I would have gotten it my 2016 5.0.

LOL! I just realized I have 3:15 not 3:55...... I assume if I upgrade to the 3:55 would be better for the car off the line instead of 3:73? I would need the following parts to make it work if I'm not mistaken, if so please let me know

AM part number 388769
AM part number 384402

Thank you again for your help and input

Not sure about those part numbers but what I saw in the AM web site was item #384402, MPN#M-4209-88355A, That is the 3:55 ring and pinion that you need. Really good price by the way.
