1984 GT 350 automatic. Should I buy?
My high school friend still has his high school car under the car port for 10 years. 1984 GT 350 addition, automatic. He's hurting for cash. It has not moved in 2 years and is covered in green crap. Starts but has flats so I'm looking at brakes, rubber and exhaust at least. I'm good at detailing have some semi-professional equipment. I have a mechanical background with older cars. Do you think 1000 would be insulting?

Welcome to the forum, and no, $1000 bucks for something that's just sitting there wasting away isn't insulting. Good luck and post up some pics if you get it. "Before and after" are my favorite ones.
