Default Help Please

I have a 1995 Mustang GT that i was going to have the motor replaced but later decided to just put new gaskets and a timing kit. When i got the car back the timing was all out of whack. I got that straightened out, sort of... Around The nut of the spark plug at the bottom of the porcelain, the fire is jumping and also around my coil. I have check for grounds, pinched wires, changed the plugs and wires and still no luck. I was thinking about the pickup in the distributor, or the computer. There was a post with a guy having a similar problem on here a few years ago and i questioned if he ever figured it out but no replies yet. Please any help is appreciated. This is about to drive me insane
