Welcome to the forum.

Only thing left is the water pump itself, can you see the coolant circulating in the radiator when you rev it up ?

Also, I think there should be a spring in the lower radiator hose to keep it from collapsing on itself when warm. Feel for that....

Default Running hot!

I checked circulation and it look good!. I was considering replacing water pump next, considering the car had been sitting up for a while. All information is highly appreciated!

No need to replace pump if coolant is circulating, it's doing its job.

Look to see if your missing the lower air damn beneath the front bumper chin. Foxbody's are bottom feeders for airflow to the radiator and without that extra airflow, Fox's can run hot. People used to remove those damns for looks but didn't realize they are very important for cooling.

If you look at my sig picture, you'll see my car is missing it. But for some reason my car cools fine without it.
