best way to attach front lic plate

I prefer not to drill is anybody have any alternatives other than using zip ties for a 2014 Mustang? I don't want to drill into the bumper or on anywhere else on the car

Do what we did here:
tell the gov't to **** off haha
We got rid of front plates because people complained about having to damage their new vehicles & the government agreed it would save them tax dollars.
