New member looking for a 1965 Mustang
Hi, Iam looking for my great grandmas 1965 Mustang. I know this is probably a long shot. Im not sure this is where I would post this so forgive me if its not.
The deets-
1965 Mustang hard top
Vin # 5R07C222667 (did a vin decoder - engine 289 2v V8)
Oregon license plate GBF 697 (when she owned it from 1966-1990)
Exterior Color- Turquois
Interior- Pony interior, cream colored (I don't know if thats what its officially called)
What I think know-
She purchased the car in Salem Oregon in 1966
She past away in Sept of 1990 in Salem Or
The car was sold to a car lot in in Salem Or in 1990 (has since gone out of business)
Oregon DMV told me the last time it was registered in Oregon was 1999, they have no records past that date.
This car holds a tremendous amount of sentimental value to me, with all the memories of one badass grandma and her granddaughter. Whether it is in a field full of blackberry bushes or is being loved and taken care of, I would like to know.
Any help would be super appreciated!
