Hello I have a 2002 mustang GT and sadly my transmission went out. I found a transmission off a 97 mark 8 that has a 4r70w in it that will bolt up to my car. I was told that it will bolt up fine but that my car won't read it and that it won't shift. Is that correct the transmission look exactly the same but I don't know anything about them.
