Ya, I may be able to make it for a bit Friday at McDonald's next to Kohl's. Stopped by for a couple of minutes on the way home Wednesday in the Kohl's parking lot. That little get together has mushroomed into a good sized car party. They coned off part of the lot to traffic and had what sounded like a small DJ set up going. I happen to be a DJ myself with way too much equipment and wouldn't mind lending some music to this or another event down the road. Did a car show two years in a row at the GE Schenectady parking lot. All day deal with lots of prizes. Just this last Saturday there was a car show with trophies at Bambino's Restaurant on Erie Blvd in Schenectady. Lots of heavy engined 50's, 60's and 70's cars there. As a matter of fact, after it closed at 8:30 pm, many of the cars found their way to McDonald's by Kohl's. Since Saturday's weather sounds as though it is going to suck big time due to the most famous "tropical storm" in history (thank you very much sleeze bag media), I think Friday is the night to howl. It would be good to see a large Mustang showing there to kind of strut our Mustang "stuff" over all these rather special interest vehicles there seems to be so many of these days. See some of you then. You can't miss me with the gold "C" stripes on the side of my triple black '98 GT and gold pony in the grill.

We had some fun. Got 3 runs in all in the high 14's. Took 10lbs of air out of rears on last run & almost stalled it on the line. Im learning.
Nice to meet you Bigstang & PJB!
What are you running for tires? auto or stick? I drop to about 12-14 lbs in my dr's. they seem to stick good that way. launch between 3000 and 4500 depending on how brave I feel at the time!
I'll definatly be there next week if i can figure out why my new intake is whistleing? Would like to meet some of ya
not bad for stock PJB especially with a new ride! what are your gears do you know? and what are you launching at?
Thanks. Im not sure of the gears but they must be 2.somethings. The car cruises along at 70 mph at only 1800 rpm.
I honestly didnt pay much attention to what I was launching at. It came off the line pretty good with no wheelspin though.

They have a car show at Kohl's every Wednesday night. Its actually a set up event, not just a bunch of guys hanging out like the lot normally is on the weekends.
Ill be out tomorrow night if its not raining and a few other guys I know with Mustangs might come out too.
Starts @ 6pm & ENDS @ 9pm. Everybody will be mostly gone by the time you get there Strongstang. By then the straglers will be in the McD's parkin lot. Friday is Malta dirt track night for my daughter & me. Any 1 intersted in seeeing the circle track cars run met @ front gate for 6:30pm.
The weekends are informal and alot of guys hang out at McDonalds and Kohl's until early the next morning. Its not a show like Wednesdays- its just a hang out for car guys. Usually its muscle cars and late model domestics in the MCD's lot and imports in the Kohl's lot.
Most people dont get there until after 9, except the older crowd with street rods that seem to leave when the muscle and street cars come in.
yes guys wed. is a pland event, friday/sat. is just a "hang out" most cars dont start rollin in until about after 9, i only been tellin pm's 9pm b/c we'll have a chance to get a good parkin spot in the "american lot" i hate parkin with the imports!!! PJB where in rotterdam are u leavein from wanna meet up n cruz up togather?!
