Make sure gas cap is tight. Next could be Oxygen sensor, but you'd need a OBD2 tool to read that or any fault like Paul said.

Frosty-sounds like some kind of mileage/maint. issue ...as long as the CE light is not on, your OK...wouldn't hurt to get it scanned for free

I would not mind a stick in my car.....but it would cost some serious money.

matt, you would almost be better off trading for one.

I was looking at trading my car in on a new GT vert last night...

could lease one for 2 years, 275 a month with 2k down, and 6k trade for my sixxer. but, then Id have a 500 month car payment. at least Im not an idiot to take that in college

Alex.....I know. I enjoy my car too much to trade it in. I will wait 5-7 yrs and then get a new one.....If I like the redesign. Where were you looking at GT verts? Cortland ford? That place was great when I was down there. I had some issues with my 99zx2 (college car) and someone that worked in the shop there was the father of someone on my lacrosse team so I always got free oil changes and fixes.

I went by Metro ford the other day while driving with my dad and I wanted to show him some of the Saleens that they have lined up in the front. He is on the market for a new car and he reallllllly likes one of the 2008 black saleen 281 supercharged. The car is sick....and it also costs $49,000. I wonder how much ford would be willing to take off of the sticker price. I would be seriously jealous if he pulled up in that car......but knowing my mother there is no way this would happen

ya...I am trying to convince him to take it for a test drive. Once he drives it I am sure he will fall in love with it.
