Heres the new one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ALL-F...Q5fAccessories
We towed to where its going to spend atleast the next few weeks this morning. I wanted to put in a garage for the winter but my brother has all his crap in there and he's buying me a car cover as part of the deal with keeping it outside.
Im going to try saving a bit more to get some other parts like new hoses, possibly an oil pan and maybe a new steering rack because mine is a little worn out.

Im giving it to the guy putting the new one in. He wants it as a spare block and he'll take some money off the bill for it.

...too bad! ...I was looking to rebuild a 5L for a future project!
I used a Moroso 7 quart oil pan with my 5L (Canton's leak big time!)...Also a good time to clean the engine bay up...
Are you using studs or bolts for the heads?

He's got a '67 Mustang coupe and wants the block in case he blows his up with nitrous.
Bolts for the heads.
I dont know if Im going to do anything with the engine bay. Maybe get rid of some rust but thats probably the extent of it.
I also dont know if Ill get another pan. Mine doesnt leak and it should be ok. That all depends on money. Right now Im a little broke.
