Any of the daily drivers get salt all over their car today? I had to go to work today, so I got covered with salt all the way to Crossgates[:@]
Oh well, its broken in to the salt now
Hey... I saw your car today tucked away in the corner near best buy...or at least I think it was your car.Â*Â* I saw a lime Mustang and said to myself this must be the person from mustangforum.Â* It looked like it had a nice coat of salt on it [:@]Â*I was there to get a car starter for my fiances car.Â* I had the civic (beater) out today.Â* My Mustang was covered up.Â*
Yep, that one was mine! I can't stand seeing that salt, I'm going to wash the poor thing the second the temperature breaks 32* I think I need to make that a part of my daily routine now.

I tried to put mine away today but my grandmother's street is all torn up and she said I wouldnt be able to get it in her driveway.
That pissed me off because I want to put it in her garage before the snow/sleet/whatever is coming tomorrow.
I ended up parking it in my other grandmother's driveway so my daily driver isnt on the road when it snows.
Hopefully moving it next week wont be too big of an issue. Its got summer tires and 4.10 gears so that makes driving in rain or snow alot of fun.
I just put mine to sleep today. Topped off the gas tank, put the cover on it...and now it is resting. I still need to go out and get a trickle charger...prob next weekend once I have some spare time.
I can talk about how I washed my car in freezing weather by dumping bucket upon bucket of water over it, then scrubbing with soapy water, then repeating the first step. Pain in the arse, but at least my car is salt free, except for the underbody.

I did that before I put the car away. I did one panel at a time......and I do not know how many times it froze over [:@]. It's only been put away a week...but each time I get home I see it in the driveway and want to uncover it and fly around a little bit. I do not know how I will last until March...or whenever winter is over.
I wish I knew about a place to tune. I want to get a JLT/Xcal CAI tune in the spring..so I guess I will not need a tune shop. I have heard that there is a good place in Rotterdam near the old "big tims" ice cream place. Then again....it was from someone with a rice burner civic....Also, how in the world do I make a sig with a picture of my car and what I have on it?
