Default Guiness Record for Mustangs

On 9/14 @ 1 PM A Northway Exit 23 S, in Lake George, there will be an attempt to set the world record for longest Mustang "train", which was set at the 50th Anniversary party in Charlotte, NC. Info can be obtained from Lisa Giknis @ 518 644 3627,or thedogcabinlg@yahoo,com. Looking to put upstate NY on the map, and in the record book, we need a large turnout to surpass the record of 600 * cars. Let's make this happen NY !!!

Aye, the NY State Fair is on and it is the unofficial end of summer with public schools opening next week.

But....autumn can bring the best weather and always good cruising as the trees paint the countryside in all kinds of colors.

Would like to find someone in the Albany area who has a late model modded Mustang that can give me some pointers on various mods...

Well, for starters, is there a local shop that specializes in performance tuning Mustangs, maybe a dyno? Is there a local shop that sells performance parts, other than the national chains? Has anyone run into problems with installing long tube headers on their late model Mustang? If so, how have they overcome those problems. A lot of times, it's just easier to find someone local, who has been down this path, and has dealt with local shops/people who have similar interests, and can give tips on what to do, and what NOT to do. I'm an old gear-head from a time before computers ran cars. Been out of the scene for a long time, and have recently decided to get back into the game (on a limited basis).
