lol seriously i hate going to jersey for that reason. i feel like an old lady or something... helpless, just sitting there. i can swap out an entire engine - but i can't remove my filler cap, insert a pump, and squeeze a trigger.

for the sake of mankind, i say it should be done away with for sure.
For the sake of a couple hundred jobs, it should be kept around a little longer

yeah as with the toll bopth collectors. yes, they were supposed to be removed when the bill for the pkwy and tpk were paid off, but if they did there would be thousands out of jobs and that my friends is not a good thing.
