Default NY Emissions

Alright guys - i have a question... I have an O/R H pipe and may need to register the car with NY.. I had the MIL Eliminators and the 02's are turned off with my sct xcal... would I run into any problems? Do they do visual checks? Because if they do, they will not see any cats...
