Moving to North Carolina
My family and I are making the move out to Charlotte, NC next week. I recieved an offer too good to pass up especially in this economy.
We are making the move from Chicago so if theres anyone from NC on here we would love to make new friends as we dont know anyone out in the NC area.
Also, do i have to pass emission tests in order to register my vehicle?

Haha let me second the great taste in color and rims...
Not sure about the car, but good luck in Charlotte, I was down there checking out UNC Charlotte a few weeks back. Amazing city and surrounding area.

I'm from raleigh, but I'm in charlotte right now at my girlfriend's parents's garage trying to install some headers on my car. You will have to pass a safety test every year that involves an emissions test, window tint test, all lights, horn, ect. If you have a mail order tune, you will have to get them to turn your rear 02 sensors back on or convert your intake/tune back to stock for the test.

Welcome, I live in Charlotte and I'm sure you will love the change of pace here. I moved from Miami 15 years ago and love it here. Yes, you will need an emission and safety inspection every year. I run my '07 without mufflers and haven't had an issue with passing. If I can help in anyway just ask.
