Default looking to get a good combo from you

I have a 98 mustang gt convertable. Lots of scratches, lots of swirls... My neighbor is going to buff it out eventually, but for now, I just want to see what I can do to bring out the shine, with a budget.

Last year, I washed my car by hand every weekend if it didn't rain on saturday/sunday. I would wash, dry, and once a month wax and or polish. I've used so many different waxes (spray, non-spray, "car wash wax", etc...), and a few different polishes, not too happy with them.

The best my car has ever looked was when I used a clay bar, besides that, nothing. With the car being 10 years old, I know I can only do so much, but I'm looking for something that'll make me estatic! You seem like you have the products to do so without spending a million dollars. Can you give me some options off of your website? maybe like 3 different options for me such as:

Option a: wax, polish
Option b: wax, polish, sealer
option c: car wash, wax, polish, sealer, blah blah blah...

If you can recommend me something that would be cool. Whatever options you can come up with... Thanks man.

Links would be cool.
