Question Car won't dry, HELP.

I have an 05 Roush Mustang GT. About 2 months ago I clayed, applied Nu Finish Scratch Dr., then Meguiars car wax. I applied the wax with a small 6" buffer. As far as I could tell I let it turn a milky white and then I wiped it dry, and made sure to get it all off. Ever since after I wash it I have a strange residue or water streaks, it looks like the car is not dry. It looks like dew almost like when you get in your car in the morning. I can wipe and wipe and it will not come off, no matter how many new dry towels I try to use. It is the most bizarre thing. My thoughts are maybe I applied too much wax and the did not remove it properly.

Please reply with thoughts or suggestions.

I would try using a quick detailer and see what that does, you might not have gotten all of the wax off. If that doesn't work spray on a 50/50 mix of alcohol and water, then will clean your paint, then just try to wax it again.
