Default NOT what I was expecting....

See post # 9, everything has been taken care of; the people at OE Wheels are great!

Hello all, I just received my wheels and they are not what I was expecting. I ordered 18x9 Deep Dish Black Bullit for my 2005 mustang. They are much different from the pictures you have on your website. They really are NOT deep dish at all, barely a 1/2 inch lip. The picture on your website shows at least a 1 to 1 and 1/2 inch deep lip. Did I get the wrong wheels?

Pics:

The wheels I received

Now, I cannot say that I am disappointed, but I was expecting there to be more of a lip. IF they're are not the wheels I ordered, I would like to return them for the correct ones. Any info is much appreciated.

Thanks very much,

-Chris

If you ordered all 18x9 wheels you did not get the deep dish. The wheels in that picture are probably 18x10 which are the deep dish. So did you order all 18x9 or did you order 2 18x9 and 2 18x10 wheels.

I ordered all 18x9, here's the link http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Shop/Cont...1763/SFV/32400 Also, the pic of the 18x10 wheels on their site shows even more of a lip than the 18x9's. The description also says "deep dish style", which to me, infers more of a lip than barely 1/2 inch; so....

Hey Chris, sorry about this. In the past 2 months we have imported over 1,000 images to our website, so it could be an error. I won't know for sure until i get into the office tomorrow. To somone that handles software those images could seem similar. The bottom line is we stand behind our products and you will be taken care of = Happy customer.

PM me your phone # and you will receive a phone call Monday.

Just to follow up with everyone - the photo on our website was of the 94-04 offset 18x9 bullet. This offest allows for a 1" lip while the 05+ offset only allows for a 1/2 inch lip. For the 18x10s you can add about another inch of depth to the lip.

We have pulled the 18x9/10 2005+ fitment bullets off of our webite until the appropiate images are added.
