Question "Re-Packing Wheels"

I have two wheels to send back to you and was wondering is it really necessary to put the original box into another box? As per your re-packing instructions. Or can I just ship back the wheels in the original boxes?

Thanks,

Skeet

Hi Skeet. The reason we ask customers to double box returns is to protect the wheels against damage. Corrugated boxes break down in the shipping process and usually it is safer to double box your returns since the integrity of the original box may have been compromised during the original shipment. The goal is for us to receive wheels that are resalable to another consumer.
