Default New Corvette ZO7 (pics)

Well, Corvette is going after the big dawgs with this one.

Rated at 650 HP and for 100k it will be the cheapest super car in the world, and will be compared to cars 6x its price ( Ferrari Enzo, Saleen S7, etc)

I got this pic over at Corvetteforum.com

Believe it or not, the Corvette guys are complaning about its looks.

Honestly, I cannot think of much I could complain about with a 650 HP super car for 100k...

Ok, I never be fond of the way the "newer" vettes look. But that doesn't take away from the fact that I would love to drive one of those babies...650PH....hellz yeah!!!!!!!!!

functionality can sure make a car ugly in a hurry. I doubt it's gonna compete with mid-engine F1 cars like the upcoming enzo replacement. maybe on paper, but not the track.

no way, the vette should at least be in the bottom half of the enzo's league. gt500 is a joke.

For those that have never seen it, here the video of Top Gear's test of the new Z06. It posted a faster time on their track than a Zonda if I remember correctly.

I might sound like a panzy, but I watch reruns of Walker Texas Ranger atleast 2 times a day, and usually 4 or 5 on Monday and Tuesday. I've been watchin him since I was like 8, so its kinda hard not too.

Looks nice...vipers are 100,000$ USD, right? To lazy to convert CAD to american.
We need to see a nice, clean pic...but I like it anyway.

As for Top Gear, I think they are always putting american cars down too much compared to German made(porsche, for example), Italian, etc... cars. Look at the 2005 mustang gt review, if you don't believe me.
Still a good show anyway

Nice car, if its street legal in the end....it should be

top gear does tend to bash american cars a bit...but that seems to be a trend worldwide...

the viper is 85,000-ish...when i worked for dodge, we had one in the dealership that had been there for a while, and they let it go for 58,000, and a trade of a 93 viper.

If I payed $100,000 for a Z07 Vette it sure as hell better have nicer looking rims than that...they look terrible! I'm not sayin I wouldnt like to drive the 650hp beast but come on..it could look better than it does in that picture.

I question this pictures accuracy of what it is going to look like as well.

Picture sure looks like just a photoshopped C6R to me..
