no point in a lawsuit if he's not hurt and she pays for repairs. the judge ain't gonna give him extra money on top of damages just cause he sued her. everybody involved loses when **** like this goes to court. edit: except the lawyers. they never lose when things go to court.

a similiar thiing happened to my mom .. but it was reversed

she was on this narrow road (in her suburban) at an intersection adn waiting to turn ... well someone wanted to turn onto the street she was on (and its too narrow at the end for two cars) ... so she looked all around in all her mirrors and completly turned around in her seat.. nothing behind her... so she begins to slowly back up and CRUNCH! some woman in the smallest chevy aveo ive ever seen was right on her ass (they were so close that she couldnt see anything) so they called the cops to do a report and the cop didnt tell my mom ****.. he bithed at teh lady in the chevy for being on my moms ass so bad... they wasnt any damage to the lady's car or teh suburban ... so they both went with no ticket.. btu my mom was PISSED!

but yes beware of women in SUV's!

I don't mind hummers, those big trucks i can't see under or over when in traffic... but when I'm beside an H2, I can see underneath it just fine.


Meh... that royally blows. I don't care how big the Hummers are, theres no way in hell she didn't know she hit you. You don't feel the truck rock upwards for nothing.

and why the hell would someone be OUTSIDE their car waving their arms at you if everything is fine?
