Im sorry most of this stuff is weak. GOATSE, tubgirl, lemonparty are all old (lemonparty literally :P)
The worst thing I have ever seen is probably a picture of a guy that cut of his own penis. Its purple/blue and lying on his stomach. I have seen it a few times.
Close second would be a picture of a girl who carved "Daddy ****ed my and I liked it" in the forarm. The pic is taken right after it was carved so the cuts are fresh. It was more sad than gross.
