Everytime i go to save a pic on my computer. It only gives me bitmap or ART. Its stupid. Any way to change this, so i can go back to saving pics as jpeg.

Where are you getting the pictures. If its off the internet they can only be saved the way they were on the net ie bmp,jpeg, etc. If its off your camera i think you can go to your settings and change to jpeg

sometimes that happens because internet explorer has a bug in it and when your cache files get full it does that. try emptying your cache and see if it helps. just go to tools/internet options/delete files

I have GAY OL. .. (aol) But i used to right click and save as jpegs. Not anymore i dont know why. If i right click and go to properties it says its a jpeg, but i can only save it as bitmap, or ART.

I have GayOL also and have just recently started having this same problem since I got it. Is the cache the temp. files folder?? If so Ive emptied this and the cookies folder and still no luck.

I think its just something about AOL. Ive been told also to check my firewall settings so I completely disabled it and no luck there either. When I had SBC Yahoo all I had to do was right click any pic and "save as" and it would be in whichever file I kept it in. Ive found that certain pics were saveable but only a certain few.
