A game warden can write you a ticket on Lake Conroe here in Texas for not having a life jacket readily available for them if they board your boat. FUGGIN STUPID!!!!!![:@]

now THAT is ****ing retarded.
Dude the list goes on there are lots of ****in stupid ass laws. Lake conroe is an "experimental law" lake cause it has the highest injurys and deaths. They will make some gay ass law and put it into effect on lake conroe for about a year and see if it reduces injuries. So there is a ton of **** that you can get ticketed for without even knowing. My dad got ticketed for pulling a tube through a no wake zone (how the **** else do you get it out in the water!?!?!), and not having an orange flag (WTF?!?!?!?!?!!).[/blockquote]
dont let them on your fcking boat, end of story.

The orange flag rule has been around for a long timeon Conroe- my grandpa used to live on the lake and if you are pulling anyone (knee boarder/ skier/ wakeboarder/ tube/ etc) you have to have it up when thier in the water.
You'd better check again! I've been going to Perris for years, and there have always been laws against this. You can't do it with a Jet Ski or a jet boat. The laws are plainly written by the California Dept. of Boating and Waterways, and in the Ca. Vehicle Code. http://dbw.ca.gov/law_enf.aspI suggest you read this specifically about Lake Perris: http://dbw.ca.gov/law_enf.asp
How is spraying someone with water on water endangerment.
That water jet is stronger than a fire hose. There was a boat at Lake Havasu that had a 3" diameter hole blown in the side of it from a rock thrown from a Wave Runner that was full throttled as the riderleft the beach.
Oregon FTW! Whenever I'm at the lake (which is pretty much every weekend) I only see one Sherrif boat, sometimes I don't even see one, but I guess they're always watching inone way or another. You just have to start up a quick conversation with them if you see them in the morning and be nice, they'll leave you alone for the rest of the day.
