Imprudent Operation

SOI was out on my friend's sea doos over the weekend and some crappy old lady waved me over to her boat. Being the nice guy I am i pulled right up. She told me what I was doing was Illegal and continued to write me a ticket. I tried to explain to her that I never new what I was doing was illegal but she still wrote me a ticket. Here is the kicker..... The ticketsays "imprudent operation (splashing another pwc)" pwc= personal watercraft. So now I got to go to court for splashing another seadoo with my seadoo. Just wondering if anyone esle had some crappy expiriences liek this?

It was probalby a god damn unmarked game warden. Those mother ****ers are power hungry assholes. If I was you I would have gave her the finger and took off you are dumb for having stayed there.[/blockquote]

A game warden can write you a ticket on Lake Conroe here in Texas for not having a life jacket readily available for them if they board your boat. FUGGIN STUPID!!!!!![:@]

Well that is what pisses me off the most. She was driving some piece of crap boat that maybe could do 45 and I was rideing a seadoo that could easly do 60. I could have lost her in a second. It just really pissed me off bc all I was doing was spraying her with my seadoo

Dude the list goes on there are lots of ****in stupid ass laws. Lake conroe is an "experimental law" lake cause it has the highest injurys and deaths. They will make some gay ass law and put it into effect on lake conroe for about a year and see if it reduces injuries. So there is a ton of **** that you can get ticketed for without even knowing. My dad got ticketed for pulling a tube through a no wake zone (how the **** else do you get it out in the water!?!?!), and not having an orange flag (WTF?!?!?!?!?!!).[/blockquote]
