I dunno, ahvnt been pulled over for street racing to try it...
But it depends on the cop, and what card you have. Family members get metal "gold" plated cards with their name engraved on it. That will get you the fukk out of anything.
If the cops not a dick, hell probably let you go with a 'warning' and take your card from you.. If your being an idiot like street racing in the middle of traffic, youll probably still get the ticket.
This is how it usualy goes with the pba card.
"Hello, license reg, insurance please?"
Hand llicense, reg, and ins with pba card slipped in the middle
"Whos this from?"
"Its from my ____ whos name is ____ whos a cop in ____ and is ranked ____"
"Alright well you have a nice day, tell him *town* says hi and slow down a bit, ok?"
"Thank you very much officer. you to"

yea they usually dont work like that. They are definitely not a get out of jail free card more like I will think about reducing your speed on a violation charge. mine only got me out of a jam free and clean once
