Agreed.

It is only a fix-a-ticket if you SHOW PROOF OF COMPLIANCE. It does not matterat allthat he got it signed off on, if he just stuffs it back into his glove compartment and forgets about it. There is a definite time line with those types of things, because they are not just tickets that cops write to give people a hard time. They are faulty equipment tickets that merely "force your hand"to bring the vehicle up to standards (Silly example:a pedestrian walks out onto the edge ona dark stretch of roadway,thinking that you are a motorcycle (one headlight), etc.)
