This is going to sound really stupid but what is Laying Drag?
most people think of it as spinning the tires, in GA this is not the case...
in GA it is fishtailing, doing donuts or the rear kicked out the side that's it

I don't have the cleanest record, but I've been pulled over too, where I'm pretty sure the cop just wanted to look at my car. He told me he pulled me over because I got onto the highway too fast so I just kinda looked at him and said okay... with a puzzeled look and then he started to make up other exceuses like i was weaving in and out of traffic when I only lane changed twice. So he just asked to see my license and talked to me for a bit and took at look at my car and was on his way. The funny part is he must have followed me for about 10 minutes cause he pulled me over about 200 meters from my exit.
