Well, the rear differential in the Mustang is leaking because of the idiot who put out gears in. But falls a coming so I want to drive it. So I went and got some gear lube to top off the rear end and go over to my friends and help him work on his truck.
About an hour or so again on the way home some I pass a cop, he whips around into a parking lot I figure to follow me. Short after some guy is riding my ass, lights on ect. So I figure it might be the cop trying to get me to speed up so I stay slow ect. Go to turn, watch in my rear view mirror, turns out the guy riding my ass in a New edge mustang And the cop drove past the road. Well the street I turned onto, has lots of little back roads with homes so I figured he might circle through one and follow again. Well, I was right. He was right behind the Mustang behind me. But I didn't know this. The other Mustang kept riding my ass. So once I hit the 45 MPH zone I dropped to third and got on it a little. Not even half throttle. Just enough to space us out so his damn lights wern't reflecting off everything. Worried the car behind the Mustang was a cop I kept it slow. 1/4 mile or so down the road, about a mile from home the cops flicks his lights on, I'm like damn it was the cop behind him. I pull over and the Mustang behind me pulls over. Cop talks to the other guy, he leaves. So then he comes to me. Says "I pulled ya over for your loud exhaust." I was like oh ok. So he Asks me where I'm coming from ect. First I thought he meant where to and I said I'm actually only a mile or so from home then he asked no where from so I told him I was at my friends, eatin pizza hanging out. Asks me how my driving record is, told him it's great and that was actually my first time being pulled over he chuckled. Took my info and went back to his car. Came back, asked me what kind of motor the car had ect. Told me to have a nice night. I tried leaving a quite as possible and he whipped a big U-turn and left. Glad he was cool about it.

i had a clean record and got pulled over for supposedly not using a turn signal (i ALWAYS use it so idk what he was thinking) and i still got a ticket. he then proceeded to say our b-days are near each other and gave me a pencil and some other stuff...yeah...i was 17ish in my 2000 dodge dakota. just got it too, so he also told me to move my temp tag out of my window since it was tinted. (couldve gotten a ticket for that but he didnt give me one)

ive had one time i got a ticket (4 tickets) in my life, same cop same incident. found innocent of 3 of them. the 4th ticket was double jeopardy since they didnt vacate one of the other tickets. so the court erred and found me guilty of the ticket. im appealing it and waiting it has been nearly three years
the cops exact testimoney was i gave you a reckless driving ticket because you laid drag.
but i was found not guilty of laying drag, so anyone with common sense can see if i wasnt laying drag i wasnt reckless driving
in GA you must make a statutory violation to be convicted of the reckless charge, and the state must vacate the lesser charge to persue it. they failed in doing so
