who are those good teams? ?..i know the celtics play like they have 7 guys on the court and ima huge fan of lebron james so i would pick cleveland
The East has a lot of individual talent just the teams aren't amazing other then the Pistons and Celtics. Lebron, Joe Johnson, D Wade, Dwight Howard, Chris Bosh just to name a few...are all great players, but they don't have the other teammates to compete with rest of the league.

In the last 30 years only 7 different teams have won titles.
4 teams in the east ( Detroit, Boston, Chicago, Miami)
3 teams in the West ( L.A., Houston, and San Antonio)
