that wild turkey rare breed stuff sounds good, I'm actually going to see if the local wine country has it. I know this is a little off topic, but if you're interested in a good dark rum, go for Brugal. I can't stand that Bacardi ****, but Brugal is awesome with a little coke and a splash of lime.

I just tried Black Velvet special 8 year old whiskey, and honestly, I think its a lot better than jack daniels or jim beam and costs quite a bit less. (up here BV 1.75L regular is $22 and 8 year old was 26 i believe.. and jack is like 38 jim is omething like 34 i think)
well i agree.. if im going to buy good whiskey i get knob creek.. this is getting drunk whiskey im talking about... and i dont believe in spending more than about $75 on something that is consumable... maybe if i was making double what i do i'd say 150... and so forth..
Your whiskey maybe more expensive but that's because you buying a bigger quantity. I have had Knobber Creek and it's o.k. but Wild Turkey Rare Breed is the $hit.
