She needs to be careful. THere are a lot of side effects or just down the road effects many women don't consider. She can develop these lumps in her boobs, like scar tissue. Usuallly, they sag after a few years and more surgeries are needed to fix them or just replace the old implants.

Try to look ahead. Little real titties tend to stay upright longer. Store bought won't actually sag, but the supporting tissue will. That's butt ugly. So if there's a chance this one's a keeper don't mess with what nature gave her.

Mannnnnnnn..real boobs are of course always better, fake ones are usually a turn off as they just don't look right.
