Well bad news is I could face a hefty fine and lose the license for a little bit, but on the bright side I didn't do jack s*** wrong so I have a quite a few friends that are attorneys that are more than happy to represent me and **** on the this effed up system in the process. Fees are between $400 to as high as $800, but since they are good friends of mine, two said for free and the other four said $150 and all said that I will still have a clean slate and no points or fines.

well there are a few boxes in the middle of the ticket and the one that says "W" is checked. On the description towards the bottom of the ticket, it says "RACING ON STATE ROAD (PEELED OUT TIRES ON START IN ATTEMPT TO RACE OTHER VEHICLE)". There is no other box checked in the crime description, including none for speeding or any related note, as well as nothing for a safety belt violation. However, the main concerns with me are the box underneath that, in which a box is checked that says "CRIMINAL VIOLATION. COURT APPEARANCE REQUIRED AS INDICATED BELOW." I guess what they mean by below is what the cop wrote in the lines underneath that, which he wrote "T.B.S." inside of. The rest is just his information and my signature.

So the cop say you can race by yourself? And assumes that the reason you spun your tires was to try to incite a race? Last time I checked, revving was for that. And how would the cop know why you spun your tires? He is making a very large assumption there. And considering that you didn't take off from the stoplight or even exceed the speed limit I think you'll be fine.

Well I kinda am going to try for a noob move...thing is my car is an auto, not a stick. So my excuse is that I was screwing around with some of the functions on my handheld tuner, and in doing so, managed to get first gear very light at the pedal which resulted in me spinning through my tires when the light turned green. There was no revving of any engine be it mine or the camaro which would immediately kill any thought of a race.

Was it just a quick chirp or an extended amount of time burnout?
